Delivery for deliveries in mainland France
Starled delivers to the location of your choice and guarantees a quality service.

The delivery time is generally 4 working days, 1 to 2 days for the preparation of your order and 2 days for delivery by Colissimo 48h. or by delivery with GLS tracking.
This 48-hour delivery time is calculated on working days, every day of the week except Sundays and public holidays.
Free delivery for orders over €39 (offer reserved for private customers).
If one of the products ordered is not in stock, the customer will be informed as soon as possible, and may then request partial delivery of the order.
The missing products will then be delivered at a later date, at no extra cost. (Only available for orders placed in mainland France).

Product satisfaction

You have fourteen days from receipt (date recorded by Colissimo or GLS) to benefit from the satisfaction guarantee.
The conditions of exchange and refund are those indicated in the general conditions of sale. However, you will still have to pay for the return postage.
We will send you the replacement product free of charge.

IMPORTANT:

- We will only take back products that are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. They must not have been used on a non-compliant installation (dimmer switch or transformer that is not suitable).
- Delivery times are given as an indication only.
