This LED spotlight has a light output broadly equivalent to that of an RX7s spotlight fitted with a 70-watt metal halide lamp, which has a real overall consumption of 96 watts with its ballast.
The central luminous intensity is lower than that of a conventional iodide projector, but the angle of illumination is much greater for this LED projector, at over 170° compared with 90° for metal halide technology projectors.
Its power consumption of 40 watts is around 60% lower than that of an RX7s bulb solution.
