It is equipped with 360 Epistar SMD 2835 chip LEDs arranged around the perimeter of the aluminium structure. These LEDs illuminate the edge of the polycarbonate and the light is then reflected evenly throughout the luminaire by an optical reflector placed in the background.
The 80-watt LED panel provides the same level of luminosity as two 600 x 600 mm luminaires fitted with four 60 cm fluorescent tubes.
And the power consumption of an LED panel is halved compared to a fluorescent tube solution.
