You can easilycut and connect your LED strip! Just use a pair of scissors to cut every 3 LEDs, i.e. every 5 cm.
The LED Strip is sold on its own without a power supply and without lighting management equipment, however dimmers and power supplies adapted to the LED Strip are offered further down in the description in the "Accessories" section.
