This 18 mm wide LED strip can be combined with 5050 RGB LEDs to create a multicoloured lighting effect, and with 5050 classic LEDs for traditional white lighting.
This LED strip is encased in a rectangular silicone tube, the same material as was injected inside it to ensure total IP68 tightness. To fix it in place, you'll need silicone clips, which are suggested below in the product data sheet.
This 5-metreRGB-W LED strip is equipped with two types of LED, assembled in two rows next to each other to ensure uniform colours. Its IP20 protection rating means it can be used indoors, protected from splashing water.
It can be used as a main source of lighting but also as a decorative or festive element thanks to its multitude of functions that you can change from your RGB-W controller.
If you're using this LED Strip as your main light source, you'll want to use it indirectly for comfortable, glare-free lighting, for example as a cove around the edge of your ceiling or on the edge of a suspended island in the centre of the room. You'll also be able to decorate and create an atmosphere in your shop windows, highlighting shelves, under a bar counter, on your terrace, banisters and stair treads etc...
You can cut and connect your LED Strip very easily! Just use a pair of scissors to cut every 12 LEDs, i.e. every 10 cm.
The LED Strip is sold on its own , which means you can choose your power supply, lighting management system and any other elements you need to install your LED ribbon to suit your requirements. These are available in the LED Strip accessories section and in part at the bottom of the product sheet.
